Florida's licensing agency, the Department of Children and Families, changed their rules about training requirements and CEU requirements for Director Credential Renewal and Staff Credential Renewal. Please be sure to check with their Training Information Center at (888) 352-2842 before making professional development course selections. For those of you who have had a certificate rejected by DCF for a course you enrolled in before April 12, 2010, we are making refunds on a case by case basis. We will not be able to issue refunds for courses purchased after April 12, 2010.
